Can't recommend this place enough. Perfect for a special occasion as it is a touch pricey. The service is top tier from start to end and we couldn't have asked for more. We left with overly full bellies and happy hearts

Amazing food and amazing service. I would recommend putting in a reservation as it does get busy at times. We celebrate our moms birthday here and they sang to her and gave her a gift bag. At specific times there are even some performances! The hand tossed noodles you get to see it being tossed and pulled in front of you, but because it is done in front of you there may be a delay but definitely worth seeing at least once. Good food and good snacks. The atmosphere was very nice and you get a semi good view of the city!

Haidilao is an astounding hotpot place with tasty food, amazing service, and a lively atmosphere. To start off, the food is delicious and amazingly tender. The meats are fresh and taste heavenly. As for the drinks, they were also not to be slept on. They have a wide selection of drinks including water, sodas, and other refreshing drinks. Haidilao has a sauce bar where you can Mae your own sauce and you can also get free snacks and jelly. The service here was definitely the best part. Our waiter, Evan was very attentive and caring and always made sure we were well taken care of. He was very polite and was also quick with our orders. The atmosphere was also extraordinary with lots of birthdays everywhere including our table. They take birthdays very seriously and even prepare you a gift. They also sing you a song. In conclusion, Haidilao is a breathtaking restaurant that will take your taste buds to the next level, bombard you with excellent service, and amaze you with their clean and decorated atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you are in the Chicago restaurant.

Haidilao is kinda expensive for what you get but the selection of broth is pretty robust! I really enjoy the mushroom broth, golden broth, spicy pork bone broth, and pork intestine & chicken broth. I highly recommend taking the broth(s) home if you have leftover. The fried mantous with condensed milk is also a great way to finish off the meal. Ice cream (vanilla/strawberry) is complimentary at the end.

Evan is the best server here. He fulfilled the customer needs very quickly and introduced the hot pot in details. The food is amazing and very fresh.

Fresh, clean food in a high-end Hai Di Lao style, but the variety of menu options is quite limited. The sauce bar and dessert selections are also minimal. However, the service is excellent especially Ellie. Thank you so much for your take care. We will back for sure :)

Solid spot for hotpot! I brought my elderly parents, and Evan was so patient and kind. He spoke clearly, helped them with their chairs, and made sure they were comfortable throughout the meal.
